I dealt with Ken over the purchase of my 2021 Tri Glide Ultra. He was great to deal with on the purchase and has gone above and beyond helping me get my paperwork in order. When there was confusion at the Registries Office he stepped up and went well beyond his duties in getting all the paperwork shuffled and submitted saving me additional trips to the Registries Office (this was my third trip due to incompetence on behalf of the Registries Agent). Garret also went well above and beyond helping me getting my 'add ons' installed (very reasonable cost) and had my bike delivered by Gord who was very helpful getting me started on the bike.
